Dr. Paul Diwana, D.C.

Doctor of Chiropractic

I was born in Saskatchewan, and as I grew up, my family moved west to British Columbia. I completed my B.Sc. in Biology from University of British Columbia. After graduation I had a decision to make for my line of further studies. I always wanted to help people and care for them, therefore choosing the field of health care was easy, and I found out quickly that Chiropractic agreed best with my philosophy of healthcare.

Chiropractors are health care providers who treat patients without drugs or surgery and help the community maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. The body has an innate ability to heal itself provided that there is no interference with the nervous system. Chiropractic naturally removes that interference allowing the body to function at its optimal potential.

I attended Life West Chiropractic College in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, and completed my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree with the highest distinction, Summa-Cum-Laude. I was also honoured with a place on The National Dean's List.

I worked for 6 years as an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic in Washington State. I gained valuable experience of providing Chiropractic care and saw the healing power of the body naturally, without drugs or surgery. My post graduate technique training includes Activator Methods Advanced Proficiency and Brimhall"s Wellness techniques (percussor, cold laser and adjustor).

Finally the pull of the home brought me back to BC and I am thrilled to be here. With me I have brought the experience of providing care from infants to the elderly as well as helping the patients recover from work and auto injuries.

I am excited to be a part of the energetic and motivated team here at the Foundation for Integrated Health.
