Located on the second floor of the Lonsdale Quay Market, The Foundation for Integrated Health is a full service, patient friendly clinic that can meet and exceed your health needs. Our motto “putting the pieces of the puzzle together for optimal health” reflects our willingness to go above and beyond – to seek the connections that will unlock your health potential. We believe that practitioners must look to the whole body for the answers to our health issues, not just where the pain is. Posture, lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, mental status all play a part in who we are and how we feel. Integrating the services of the clinic best serves our patients and we work diligently to fulfill that role.
We feel that conventional and complimentary both have their strengths and shortcomings – either alone is an incomplete picture. Convential is best to manage acute disease or trauma, while complimentary medicine does best for optimizing health – integrative health is a synergistic combination of both approaches!
We bill directly to Extended Health care plans and ICBC claims so you are not out of pocket for these expenses.

What is Integrative Medicine?
Integrative medicine blends the best of traditional/conventional medicine with the healing philosophies of a variety of non-traditional therapies. These therapies emphasize caring for the whole person and focus on healing as much as curing. Integrative medicine engages the mind, body and spirit.
