COVID-19 Policies

As a health clinic we have always had high cleanliness standards and strict infection control procedures, including hand washing and hygiene practices. These new added measures are what YOU must do please read….

  • DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC! Your doctor or therapist will open the door and greet you, ask you how you are, and if you have completed your online Covid document that was emailed to you. Found here: https://fih.janeapp.com/admin/intake_forms/22/preview
  • If not, he/she will bring you into the massage room and you must complete this before starting your treatment. Please make sure this is done, because it will come out of your appointment time and your treatment will not proceed until it is done.
  • Masks are mandatory in the clinic. If you don’t have one, or have forgotten your mask, a disposable one will be made available to you for $1
  • Please!!! BE ON TIME!! – social distancing in the hallway is our greatest hurdle and the timing of appointments is critical! All practitioner start and stop times are staggered over the hours to maximize social distancing.
  • Each client must apply hand sanitizer provided to them outside the clinic in preparation for entering the clinic.
  • Please come alone – no one will be allowed to wait in the waiting room while another person is being treated.
  • Please limit the items you bring with you into the clinic – no groceries, shopping, food. We will not be providing water at the clinic, so feel free to bring your own water bottle.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided before you come into the office. Do not touch walls, doors or any surface unless absolutely necessary.
  • Bathroom use is for urgent use only.

BILLING

With the use of our new JaneApp operating system, cash and cheques will not be accepted. Please contact the office if you have any difficulties with adding your card to your account in Jane. With this system, and your extended health care applied to your billing, we end up with a touchless system that sends your receipt directly to you, and your extended coverage is billed directly.

Because this system was only implemented in March 1, many of you have been transported to the new system, but do not have log ins, passwords, or verified emails. Please can you get set up on the system….URL is https://fih.janeapp.com/
